WebYour stomach is connected to your thoracic. Stomach issues and thoracic pain are common together, I experience it as well, when I have flare ups my back pain goes with it. When I have severe gastritis, I do get referred pain in my back. It’s not achy or burning though- more of a sharp tearing type pain. Very sore.
