There should be some puffing out the fill tube at idle, but if smoke or a lot of pressure comes out when the rpm is increased above say, 2.5K rpms, that points to a piston problem. Probably happened about 10k ago, I'm guessing. Had it at the dealer a couple weeks ago when it started leaking oil from up by the intercooler.
