WebI have a laptop with a 2500u and 2x8gb ram and I had to do alot of tweaking to get destiny 2 to run at 40-55fps. Minimum in game settings, 720p, reduced render scale. If your laptop has even half decent cooling and will allow your 2500u to use up to 20w of power you won't have problems hitting 45+ fps at those settings.
